People & Culture > P&C Region NCE > Manufacturing We are recruiting a new Lead People & Culture Business Partner (m/f/d) being the Human Resource responsible at the Szczecin Nacelle factory, having approximately 700 employees working there. As Lead P&C BP you support the Manufacturing team on people matters, concentrating on identifying, implementing, and promoting relevant people initiatives that benefit our business. In collaboration with our P&C group functions team, including our P&C shared Service center, you are our P&C person in charge on site at the Szczecin factory in Szczecin.
