Imagine a future where you set the direction for a growing European trading organisation, combining commercial edge with strong risk discipline and a clear digital agenda Join us in this role where you’ll lead Ørsted’s Trading team, creating value by handling asset flows and conducting proprietary trading in forward markets, as well as through short-term power trading in day-ahead and intra-day markets, including providing a route-to-market for Orsted’s assets. You’ll set the strategic direction and further scale a profitable trading organisation with a significant digital agenda. You will lead a trading unit of approximately 35 FTEs, with the possibility to expand across commodities and geographies. Welcome to Trading & Revenue: You’ll be part of the Trading & Revenue Senior Leadership team where you, together with your colleagues, will run a European-based trading set-up spanning market trading and short-term power trading. You’ll work closely with risk management and analytics to execute internal flow, deliver portfolio optimisation (day-ahead, intraday, ancillary services), and provide market access for other value streams.
