Retail Sales Associate Keyholder- 3 JOB SUMMARY: To provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and assist store leadership in performing daily operations and objectives of the store. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES: The below listing of essential and periodic functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be requested to be performed by supervisor or manager. - Provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service by acknowledging all customers and being attentive to shopper’s needs. - Stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels in accordance with store processes and procedures. - Price and label products in accordance with store processes and procedures. - Price and labeling of closeout section in backroom. - Price and process products from Shipping/Returns Department. - Keyholder - opening and closing duties for weekdays/weekends. - Sets zone schedule and duties for team. - Ensure fast and accurate service during customer shopping and check-out process. - Perform general store maintenance and cleaning as assigned.
