Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a individual to join our Learning & Talent Management team at MARSH. This role will be based in Milano. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of learning and development, including onboarding, training coordination, and analysis of training needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement through effective onboarding and training initiatives. We will count on you to: Support the analysis of training needs and planning to align training programs with organizational goals. Collaborate with the team to plan and organize training courses, including sending invitations, arranging training venues, and preparing training materials. Provide support in organizing international training programs, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
