Job Title: Pipe Fabricator SUMMARY: The purpose of this job is to fabricate parts according to customer specifications and meet production efficiencies by performing the following duties. WAGE TYPE: Hourly: FLSA Exemption: Non-exempt: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Prepares parts for sawing , bending, cutoff, and deburring to appropriate length and dimension. - Visual ly inspect and prepare incoming materials. - Sets up and controls saw, tube benders, and hole punch equipment to include proper setup of part and tooling. - Cleans and maintains fabrication area and equipment . - Records production data on specified forms. - Performs visual inspection and measurement of parts in preparation for plating. - Follows established safety procedures and work instructions. - Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions. - Perform Pipe Cleaning. - Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals. - Environmental re...
