Upholstery Cutter/ CNC Machine Operator

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Upholstery Cutter / CNC Operator to join our production team in a full-time permanent role. This is a hands-on manufacturing position suited to someone who enjoys working with precision, machinery, and quality materials in a fast-paced environment. While the role is internally known as a “Sewer and Cutter”, the sewing component is minimal — the primary focus is operating CNC cutting machinery and accurately cutting upholstery fabrics and textile components to production specifications. Working as part of a supportive team, you will play an important role in ensuring our products are produced efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard of quality. Experience with CNC machinery, fabric cutting, upholstery, or manufacturing is highly regarded, however training can be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
