HR Generalist About the role: As HR Generalist, you will support the implementation and administration of a wide range of agreed HR programs and activities, ensuring compliance with Essity HR processes, policies, and local labor legislation. You will work with well-established guidelines, with access to support from other HR professionals, to deliver high-quality HR services to the business. In this role, you will provide HR support across different functions and Business Units, mainly serving teams within Supply Chain, Digital Transformation & Business Enablement, and Sales & Marketing. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across these areas, supporting both operational and labor-related HR topics while contributing to consistent and positive employee experience.
