Operations Executive - 9 month Fixed Term Contract, London or Coventry based About the team: The Argos Gift Card team delivers market‑leading gift card and multi‑retail voucher solutions across the Sainsbury’s Group. Operating in a fast‑paced commercial environment, the team works closely with internal stakeholders and external B2B partners to deliver reliable, customer‑first outcomes. More about the role: As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day delivery of our gift card operations. You will manage a shared inbox with a 24‑hour SLA, resolve client and customer queries, process orders, invoices and credits, and support promotional activity and SKU set‑up. You’ll work across several business systems and collaborate with teams across Argos and Sainsbury’s to ensure accuracy, first‑time resolution and a consistently strong customer experience.
