Facilities Maintenance Technician

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Responsible for the proper maintenance, security, and cleaning of the site through local execution of the facilities management strategy prescribed by corporate. - Coordinate with third-party maintenance providers to ensure services meet company and contractual expectations. - Perform facility audits and report findings to appropriate parties to include safety and facility audits. - Execute preventive maintenance and failure maintenance remediations based on corporate guidance. - Perform minor day to day facility maintenance. - Coordinate contractor and all third-party maintenance events. - Coordinate with local municipalities as needed. - Provide weekly and monthly updates on facility status and equipment availability. - Support and advance key areas such as continuous improvement, sustainability, security, and modifications to North America facilities. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Stand or sit for long periods of time. - Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance. - Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand. - Exposure to noise, and weather conditions such as...
