Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Chambersburg, PA - Chambersburg, PA 17201 Job Overview The Plant Quality Supervisor will review and analyze current Quality processes to identify areas that need improvement. To resolve these issues, the Quality Supervisor will collaborate with other departmental personnel to implement changes to increase efficiency while still maintaining high levels of quality. The Quality Supervisor’s primary goal will be to ensure every product meets all internal and external customer expectations as defined by specifications and published standards. This role is responsible for providing high level supervisory, technical, analytical, and other administrative support within the warranty process directly overseeing the warranty agent and warranty contact with customers and dealers. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the plant manufacturing team and operations staff to deliver the highest quality product possible. Implement and track quality assessments to ensure the plant output meets the customer expectations daily.
