In this role, you’ll turn data into insight, support high‑impact business decisions, and gain exposure across our Finance organization. This role supports multiple career paths, including both developmental and analyst tracks, making it a great launchpad for your finance career. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze company financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends. - Evaluate the financial impact of operational initiatives (new stores, products, services) - Support financial reporting and planning for Executive Leadership and the Board. - Reconcile general ledger and point‑of‑sale data, identify trends, and recommend actions. - Collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment. Compensation: Starting pay range: $54,300 - $68,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey ’ s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications.
