Medical Associates Clinic, located in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking a Licensed Master’s level Therapist (LMHC, LISW, LMFT) to join our well-established, thriving multidisciplinary practice! As a Mental Health Therapist, you will have a general or pediatric focused practice that will assess client's needs, abilities or behavior using a variety of methods. Devise and monitor appropriate programs of treatment, including therapy, counseling, or advice in collaboration with colleagues. We are open to explore your practice scope preference (children and adolescents, adult, group, etc.) Excellent Compensation Package! (based on full-time hours) - Base Pay + Incentive Eligibility = Total Compensation of $100k+ Full-time therapists will be eligible for benefits package including: Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (salaried).
