The role: We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thinks beyond tickets and implementations - someone who naturally leans into architecture, system design, and long-term technical direction. This role is not about writing the most code. It’s about making the right technical decisions, shaping systems that scale, and guiding how we build - especially as we explore AI-driven and agentic systems within our platform. You’ll work closely with product, data, and other engineers to design robust solutions where tradeoffs are real, constraints matter, and decisions have lasting impact.
