As an AI Engineer – Conversational, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers interact with us, both online and over the phone. From intelligent website chat to AI-powered voice in our contact centre, you'll be hands-on in building the next generation of customer experience. Join us at our Sydney Olympic Park Office, NSW. This role calls for a genuine expert in conversational AI — someone who has spent the last 3+ years immersed in building and delivering real-world chat and voice solutions , and brings 10+ years of broader technology experience to back it up. This is a hands-on role sitting within a team of around 15 talented technology specialists.
