This hybrid role may be based in either Milford, MA or Wilmslow, UK . In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and global delivery of clinical product training for both internal teams and external customers. You will play a key role in shaping the enablement ecosystem for Waters’ growing IVD product portfolio, ensuring all training is scientifically accurate, user-ready, and compliant with regulatory and quality standards. Partnering across the Clinical Business Unit, you’ll help elevate product knowledge, drive user adoption, and strengthen clinical customer success. The Waters Clinical Business Unit develops Waters Clinical and IVD systems, hardware, and software.
