Securitas is looking for a Receptionist Security Officer. $22.50/hr Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 3:00pm With this position you will be the first point of contact, responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, issuing visitor badges, and operating security systems like CCTV, while enforcing safety protocols, monitoring entry points, and responding to emergencies. By monitoring entry points, verifying visitor credentials, and being trained to spot suspicious behavior, these professionals help prevent security breaches before they occur. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry. Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as required. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees regarding facility policies and procedures.
