As an ADMINISTRATIVE PROCUREMENT SUPPORT you are the first speaking partner to and for our OUTSIDE VENDORS (OV) for Tooling Data Collection. You are a team member of a global initiative collecting all relevant tooling datas from our partners to ensure that we have in future the opportunity to actively track TE owned tools in regards of location, life-cycle and ownership. You have to spread communication to the defined Outside Vendors (OV), collect and store their responses in a share point, remind suppliers for response and initiate escalation processes to the strategic sourcing commodity managers if there is no or uncomplete response after your reminders. You are setting up remote meeting if datas are not complete to involve Outside Vendors (OV) and strategic sourcing managers to stay in time with the initative.
