TPM Engineer

Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a TPM Engineer at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Victoria, Brasov! At Purolite, we manufacture products which help our customers around the globe, mainly in pharmaceutical and life science sectors, with technology which are critical to safe manufacture of their products. It’s an exciting business which helps make the world cleaner, safer and healthier. What you’ll do: - Support the implementation of the site TPM strategy, in line with business objectives, the TPM master plan and TPM certification requirements (Bronze / Silver). - Translate TPM concepts into daily operational practices at shop‑floor level. - Support the development, deployment and effective operation of TPM pillars - Support the identification and analysis of operational losses (safety, quality, productivity, cost). - Support the implementation of solutions to eliminate losses and track their effectiveness. - Apply and promote structured problem‑solving methodologies (e.g. 5 Why, Kaizen). - Facilitate training sessions on TPM methodologies and tools (e.g. Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis...
