About the role: Working within the Prevention in Action directorate, the Quality and Learning Design Lead is responsible for designing, assuring and continuously improving Our Watch’s learning and capacity‑building activities. The role delivers engaging, evidence‑informed learning across digital, face‑to‑face and online formats, grounded in adult learning principles and aligned with organisational strategy. As a leader, you are committed to coaching and developing others, fostering capability, confidence and consistency in training and facilitation practice.
