FI - Global Treasury Systems and Operations Manager

Job description

Role As a core member of the Group Treasury central team, this role owns the end-to-end reliability and strategic development of the treasury infrastructure (bank connectivity, payment infrastructure, treasury systems, bank relationships). The role is accountable for enabling the treasury function to operate at the highest level of efficiency, control, and business impact across all geographies. Responsibilities: - Own the functional roadmap of treasury systems (SIX, Cegid): prioritise enhancements, manage upgrades, and ensure the platform evolves in line with business needs - Lead vendor relationships strategically: negotiate SLAs, challenge roadmaps, and ensure the Group extracts maximum value from its technology investments - Define and enforce access governance: user rights, segregation of duties, and audit trail standards across all treasury systems - Oversee bank connectivity and payment processing (e-banking, SWIFT), ensuring operational continuity, security, and resilience at all times - Build and maintain high-quality relationships with banking partners and financial institutions - Drive cash centralisation initiatives (cash pooling, in-house banking, Connexis Guarantee) t...
