Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: The Environmental Support Supervisor leads daily housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations to maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues. This role ensures regulatory compliance, implements infection prevention & control standards, and drives service excellence consistent with Trinity Health Senior Communities’ Mission and Values—especially Reverence, Commitment to the Poor and Underserved, Justice, Stewardship, and Integrity. The Supervisor plans work, trains and coaches team members, monitors quality, and partners across Nursing, Maintenance, and Dining to support resident‑centered care.
