Title : Case Manager - Mental Health Location : New York Metropolitan Area Reports to : Case Manager Supervisor Pay Range: $27.47 per hour ($50,000 per year) FLSA Status : Non-Exempt: Status : Full-time (35 hour per week) Role Summary : The successful candidate will provide a full range of on-site, person-centered, strengths-based services to a caseload of approximately 20-25 clients with the objective to help people live fulfilling lives in the community. The Case Manager will be responsible for counseling, client intakes, case management, and counseling and aftercare services.
