Overview: Hours: 9 am- 3 pm, M-F Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: Manages inventory of medical supplies and equipment, coordinating their procurement and delivery to NCH Homecare patients. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Maintains the inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders and purchasing products as needed. - Assists with the accurate fulfillment and delivery of ordered products and supplies to patient homes. - Maintains accurate records of equipment orders, costs, usage, and delivery. - Assists with the education of patients and caregivers on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment. - Performs excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues, and assists with the completion of needed administrative tasks. - Participates in quality and performance improvement activities.
