Lead Electrical Engineer Mobile across London and South East Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer to provide leadership, management, and development to a defined engineering team. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements. You will act as the key liaison between the client, internal teams, and senior management, driving performance and continuous improvement across the site. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring operational commitments and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. - Act as the on-site HV/LV Authorised Person (when qualified and on shift). - Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including Permit to Work and LOTO systems. - Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to RAMS and safe working practices. - Conduct annual appraisals for shift technicians following BGIS training protocols. - Maintain and update the Computer-Based Maintenance System (e.g., Maximo, Concept), ensuring accurate data capture and ticket closure. - Collaborate with the Area Contract Manag...
