Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager – CRM & MarTech is responsible for developing, managing, and optimising Papa John’s customer engagement technology platforms across the UK and international markets. This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of CRM and marketing technology platforms including Braze, Dotdigital and Yext (digital presence management), ensuring these platforms enable scalable lifecycle marketing, personalised customer engagement, and measurable commercial impact. Working closely with Digital Commerce, Marketing, Analytics, and international franchise markets, the Senior Product Manager ensures the MarTech ecosystem supports customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels.
