About the role Mater Private Hospital Brisbane is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Clinical Facilitator to join our ICU team in a permanent part-time position (16 hours per week) . This is an exciting opportunity to support comprehensive ICU education within a leading tertiary private hospital, shaping clinical capability and contributing to exceptional patient outcomes across our high-acuity environment. Salary range: $56.08 - $60.05 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits! What you’ll be doing: - Provide expert clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to staff across a range of practice areas - Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based education and professional development programs - Identify and address learning needs to enhance clinical knowledge, skills, and behaviours - Support staff to work to their full scope of practice and deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care - Collaborate with Nurse Unit Managers, Area Managers, and Education Coordinators to align education activities with organisational priorities - Incorporate simulation, assessment, and other contemporary le...
