You will be mentored and trained in a specific fundamental Seven Step Investment Process. The focus is on U.S. Core and Growth equities in all market capitalization ranges. You will concentrate your time researching companies using a Seven Step Investment Process, which essentially is grounded in studying the fundamentals of a company which include: competitive advantages, growth drivers, industry analysis, financial statement analysis, management team assessment, range of values, Risks, and ESG analysis.
