OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Lynchburg project staff by planning and coordinating project scheduling, leading the execution of site cross-functional projects, developing timelines, taking meeting minutes and action items during team meetings and performing basic follow up tasks. The role requires entry level project management skills, demonstrated by the ability to facilitate project team meetings within a rapidly evolving, cross-functional, regulated environment. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the new product introduction process and technical service projects such as cost savings and product reformulations.
