We are looking to hire a Power Plant Site Manager to support our De Pere, WI office. Role Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multi-million-dollar power plant projects. This role is accountable for ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship. The Power Plant Site Manager provides direct leadership to field teams, coordinates with subcontractors and clients, and drives decision-making to support successful project delivery.
