JOB SUMMARY: Assure that all mowing, trimming, weeding, and any other grounds related items are maintained to a professional standard. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum Work Experience: Experience in mowing/grounds maintenance preferred. Required Skills: § Valid Driver’s license § Independent, self-motivated § Efficient with zero turn mower § Efficient with grounds maintenance tools FUNCTIONAL DEMANDS: Physical Requirements: Sitting - 16-31%: Walking - Greater than 32%: Standing - Greater than 32%: Bending/Squatting - Greater than 32%: Climbing/Kneeling - Greater than 32%: Twisting - Greater than 32%: OSHA Category: Minimal Potential for Direct Body Fluid Exposure Visual and Hearing Requirements: Must be able to see with corrective eyewear, if needed. Color vision ability required. Must be able to hear clearly with assistance, if needed.
