Job Position Description This is a newly created position is for 30-35 hours per week from 3pm till 9pm as the on-site supervisor. This candidate will be working with their team of cleaners on regular janitorial duties. In addition, they will be training, motivating, organizing shifts, and inspecting to ServiceMaster standards. This position plays an important role in ensuring all team members stay on task and completes their assignments. This is a perfect position for someone who is flexible and would like to start in a supervisory entry-level, move-up position in our company. Requirements: - Training cleaners on ServiceMaster's standards products, processes, and procedures to the individual account. - Oversees team performance and ensures all assignments are completed in accordance with the set task schedule. - Perform inspections and give construction performance feedback to team members - Assign shifts and make necessary adjustments in case of call-in sick or no-shows. - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner. - Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in unifo...
