Job description

The Clinical Pharmacy Manager provides direct and or functional supervision and maintains overall responsibility for pharmacy operations in medicine to enhance the reputation and service-orientation of the Department. The The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will work collaboratively with the members of the research team including physicians, nurses, other pharmacists, study coordinators, investigators, sponsors and other staff. Other responsibilities include performing cross-functional duties including those of a pharmacist, clinical specialist or other clinical coordinator, as required. 1. Demonstrates the ability to perform clinical/technical/service/administrative tasks: 2. Remains current with various pharmaceutical databases, national guidelines, and follows evidence-based medicine for medication therapy management of disease states 3.
