Job description

The Computer Systems Analyst II provides technical and analytical support for the design, development, and implementation of information systems in a government environment. This role is responsible for analyzing user requirements, defining system solutions, and supporting system implementation and sustainment. Systems Analysis & Solution Development: Application Development & Support (Power Platform Focus) - Analyze user requirements and operational needs to develop technical solutions and system improvements. - Define system goals and break down solutions into logical steps, workflows, and procedures. - Apply structured analysis techniques including data modeling, process mapping, and information engineering. - Identify system inputs, define processing logic, and design outputs to meet user requirements. - Develop, configure, and support solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate). - Design and maintain Dataverse data structures and relationships to support application functionality. - Support development and enhancement of custom business applications using low-code/no-code solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve system and application iss...
