Description MASS MoCA’s gift shop is seeking a full-time Associate Retail Manager. The Associate Retail Manager will report to the Manager and Buyer of the MASS MoCA Gift Shop and they will train and work alongside a team of Retail Sales Associates. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills as they play a vital role in the overall success of the visitor experience at MASS MoCA, providing a foundation for our guest’s experience in a welcoming, enthusiastic, and engaging way. The Associate Retail Manager position also requires self-motivation, the ability to multitask, basic math skills, as well as careful organization and attention to detail. The MASS MoCA gift shop is an important part of the museum’s earned revenue operation and contributes to the overall visitor experience.
