Description Alice is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with a solid background in marketing tech-stack management, digital marketing channels, and marketing operations. This role is essential for streamlining our marketing efforts by ensuring alignment between organization goals and systems, and improving the quality and velocity of our marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for : - Marketing Tech-Stack Management - oversee and optimize our marketing systems and tools (including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, event platforms, analytics tools), and work collaboratively with the revops team for seamless integration, enhancements. - Data Management and Analytics - ensure data quality and compliance. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team. - Lead Management - Manage the lead generation and lead lifecycle processes (creation, optimization, data flow, etc.) - Campaign Management - manage operational processes and automations, including setting up forms, automated emails, UTMs generation, testing, data impor...
