Description POSITION SUMMARY: Monadnock Family Services is seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA/CNA) to join our outpatient mental health team. The LNA/CNA provides clinical support to nursing staff, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists, ensuring high-quality care for clients across the lifespan. This role involves obtaining vital signs, supporting clinical documentation, assisting with appointments, and promoting client safety, wellness, and recovery within a structured, recovery-oriented environment. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Clinical Support - Documentation & Compliance - Client Coordination & Communication Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Current LNA or CNA license/certification. - Current BLS certification. - Ability to work with clients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
