Security Coordinator Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Regional Corporate Security Manager , this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring regional employee safety and physical site security programs. Responsibilities include maintaining a coordinated physical site security program and conducting investigations and analysis of safety and security incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures. What You’ll Do: Security Operations & Program Management: - Monitor and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed by the line manager. - Participate in all aspects of security operations, including personnel and property protection, intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV systems. - Conduct weekly verification of security technology systems and report ineffective or malfunctioning equipment. - Regularly verify adherence to access control procedures and protocols. - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and the application of company security policies. - Prevent, detect, and report loss or theft of company property. - Maintain strict confidentiality of business operations, systems, and sensitive i...
