About team / role Join our dynamic, fast paced, FP&A team to partner with the Executive leaders of Technology and Product. The Director of FP&A will lead financial planning and performance management for WEX’s Technology and Digital organizations. This role is responsible for driving financial rigor, transparency, and strategic alignment across a complex, innovation-driven portfolio of investments. The Director of FP&A will ensure that resources are deployed effectively, balancing innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. Through a data-driven and forward-looking approach, this leader will enhance forecasting accuracy, improve investment visibility, and enable informed decision-making that supports WEX’s growth and digital transformation strategy.
