Job Description: The Global Key Account Manager’s (GKAM) main objective is to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of client projects on a global basis in line with the agreed client plan and ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled and to identify new revenue opportunities within existing clients and to manage the contract renewal process. This role sits within the Business Assurance (BA) business line and will have global remit. SGS’s Business Assurance portfolio of services includes sustainability assurance (i.e. CSRD, GHG, ESG), assessment, auditing, and certification, medical devices regulatory compliance (i.e. IVDR, ISO 13485), supply chain assurance, SMETA, SCAN), digital trust assurance (i.e. ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001), consultation, and training.
