The Role: We’re looking for a Collections Specialist who thrives on solving problems, supporting customers, and making an impact when it matters most. This person will take ownership of customer interactions across the collections journey, working closely with customers to find practical, sustainable repayment solutions while delivering a supportive and positive experience.
