Occasional travel to Allen, TX. Role Summary: - Own enterprise franchise growth and expansion strategy - Build and scale a predictable, repeatable franchise development engine - Full revenue accountability for franchising growth - Target 3 to 4 franchise awards per month, scaling to 5 to 10 Compensation: - Base salary: $120,000 to $150,000 annually - Performance incentives: $200,000 to $250,000 annually, tied to franchise sales performance Key Responsibilities: - Own franchising strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and results - Design and enforce the full franchise sales process from lead to award - Personally close high value and strategic franchise deals - Lead, hire, coach, and hold the franchise development team accountable - Set KPIs, dashboards, execution rhythms, and performance standards - Own CRM discipline, pipeline quality, and conversion performance - Eliminate bottlenecks that slow awards or reduce quality - Align with marketing, ope...
