US Entertainment Creator Partnerships and Operations Manager

Job description

The Entertainment Creator Partnerships & Operations team is dedicated to recruiting, managing, and scaling high-quality creators in the TV/Film vertical on TikTok. We identify rising and established talent, develop strategic content initiatives, and unlock monetization opportunities that help creators build long-term success on the platform. This team will work closely with the Product team to understand the different creator chorts and their needs and set relevant priorities, and collaborate with the Entertainment Publisher and XFN teams to drive efforts forward in line with the evolving TV/Film industry landscape. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute scaled creator programs end to end, from strategy and localization through launch, measurement, and optimization. - Build and manage relationships with Entertainment Creators to support content strategy, deepen engagement, and enhance the long-term creator experience on TikTok. - Own creator program operations, including lead vetting, onboarding, performance tracking, data analysis, and support for top creators. - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creator Management, local operations, and key stakeholders including Comms, G...
