Description SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The purpose of this job is to schedule and oversee the delivery and installation of ESP, and other ELS products for well completion by the ESP Field Technicians creating an atmosphere to educate, train, develop, retain and motivate through supervision and mentorship, while following company policies. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Plan, organize, and direct operational activities as required, including dispatching field service personnel, meeting customer requirements, and answering customer calls - Confer with management, technicians, and engineering professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and operational concerns - Coordinate and direct activities with clients, field service personnel, and customers directly if problem jobs occur - Investigate and provide written reports on near miss safety issues and job problems - Recognize problems, identify possible causes and execute corrective actions when deficiencies are identified - Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with local clients and monitor customer satisfaction to support account rete...
