Travel COTA- Certified occupational Therapy Assistant for East Central Indiana to work in Muncie, Winchester, Portland, and Gas City. We are looking for applicants who have their Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure We are a looking to bring on to our team, COTA's who truly care about treating residents with respect and dignity, as well as other team members. Supervision received : Reports directly to the immediate supervising OTR Typical Physical Demands: Therapy Assistant must be able to perform the following physical job functions with or without reasonable accommodation: - Lift up to 50lbs from floor to knuckle occasionally - Lift up to 25lbs from knuckle to shoulder occasionally - Lift up to 10lbs overhead occasionally - Pivot transfer 150lbs occasionally - Carry up to 50lbs occasionally - Push/Pull 75lbs, 100ft occasionally - Kneel, squat, stoop up to 15 minutes occasionally - Drive up to 2 hours occasionally - Comprehensible verbal communication skills continuously - Visual acuity corrected to 20/20 - Tactile discrimination - Fine hand manipulation, bilaterally frequently - Heavy grasp, bilaterally frequently - Legible written communication skills contin...
