P ROJECT S UPERINTENDENT J OB D ESCRIPTION: C LASSIFICATION /P OSITION T YPE: Exempt/Full-Time/Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (40 Hours/Week) with occasional evening and weekend overtime. R EPORTS T O: Operations Director O VERVIEW: Working under the direct supervision of the Operations Director the Project Superintendent will be responsible for assuming ownership of one or more entire projects and monitoring the performance of them including safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting and overall client satisfaction. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for direction of site crews while implementing and adhering to protocols in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal compliance laws. The Project Superintendent will work in collaboration with all Project Managers, clients and vendors to ensure projects are completed professional and in a timely manner ensuring projects are completed within budget, on time and to the level of quality expected by SEL Construction and our clients.
