Position: People & Scheduling Intern Department: People Reports to: Senior Manager, People & HR Analytics Term: July 2026 to March 2027 Position Summary: The People team is responsible for all human resources functions, including attracting, developing, supporting, and retaining a team of passionate employees who share our company values. The People Interns will participate in a full recruitment and onboarding cycle for new event staff team members and will experience various other HR initiatives such as HR systems administration, payroll, and other employee engagement activities. The People Interns will also support large scale staff scheduling, including availability updates, time-off requests, deployment changes, and maintaining staffing levels for events, as well as, assisting with the distribution and organization of uniforms for our part-time staff. This position will be required to work evening and weekend events as needed.
