The Director of Training directs, analyzes, designs, implements, and coordinates training locally and nationally. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage to Profit and Loss statement of the training department, and build yearly budgets. Manage Training Department staff. Assess the needs of each department and design and implement appropriate training and onboarding. Define outcomes of training and the means to achieve those outcomes, track outcomes to determine ROI.. Manage, measure, and evaluate Trainers’ performance.
