Production Supervisor (Power Generation Products)

Job description

Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills): assembly of electrical switchgear and/or power generation equipment. - High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree preferred. - 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the - 1+ years of leadership and/or supervisory experience - Demonstrated competency with an ERP system utilized in a manufacturing environment (IFS or SAP preferred). - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation - such as schematics, assembly drawings, opera rational manuals, safety rules, and standardized work instructions. - Ability to compile data and reports for communicating performance versus goals (on-time, quality levels, etc.). - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. - Efficiently communicate on-time, quality, safety, and improvement initiatives to cell leaders. - Understand production process and how they relate to production schedules and due dates. - Monitor labor hour allotment to jobs and track/trend performance versus goals. - Interface with engineering to ensure design questions or clarifications are answered quickly and clearly to m...
