Role Summary As an Art Director Assistant specializing in photography, you will support the Art Director in conceptualizing and executing visual projects. Your role will involve directing photo shoots, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring that all photographic content aligns with the brand's vision and standards. Role Responsibilities: - On Set Art Direction : Oversee photoshoots to ensure execution of the creative vision, directing on set teams, for high quality imagery that elevates the brand. Anticipate and resolve creative or logistical challenges during shoots to maintain efficiency and image quality. - Creative Support : Assist the Art Director in creating and implementing visual concepts for various projects, including elevated ecomm and PDP photography. - Photo Shoot Coordination : Act as a liaison between the production team and creative leads to organize and oversee photo shoots, including scheduling and building teams. - Creative Collaboration : Partner with the casting and styling teams to ensure product and models align with project creative direction and overall brand guidelines.
