With the growth and transformation agenda of WS Audiology, we are strengthening our HR team and are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to support our hiring needs in EMEA. This role goes beyond transactional hiring — you will act as a true strategic advisor to the business, partnering closely with leaders. You will own end-to-end recruitment while also playing a key role in talent acquisition initiatives related to process improvement, technology or employer branding. What you will do: Act as a strategic TA partner to hiring leaders across various functions, providing market insights and hiring advice Own end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience Lead and support recruitment for all our EMEA countries, including our major hubs - Denmark, Germany, Poland - including workforce planning and hiring strategies Leverage data, systems, and tools to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and TA practices.
